Something here is wrong

Most of what goes stale on this site cannot be spotted from here. A board moves to the annexe, starts meeting fortnightly, or quietly folds into another one — and none of that produces a document anyone can find. You live there. We do not.

Plain words are fine. You do not need to know the right answer — telling us something looks wrong is enough for someone to go and check.

Genuinely optional. Unlike adding a meeting, this form does not need a source — if it did, we would never hear the things only a neighbour knows.

Used once, to answer you. Never shown on the site, never added to a mailing list. Leave it blank and the report is completely anonymous.

Know the right answer already?

If you can point at where the correct information is published, adding it directly puts it on the page faster than a report will.
